Welcome to our online registration for the 2024 Swim Season.  If this is your first year swimming, you will be setting up an online account that will allow you to track your swimmer(s).  If you are a returning swimmer - just enter your email and password from last year.  (If you forgot your password - just click on the "Forgot your password" to reset your password.)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 6 and UNDERS:

We are excited for the upcoming 2024 Summer Swim Season, however we wanted to share with you a rule change for this upcoming season that may affect your child. All teams within the Suburban Swim League will be adhering to the following rules:

Regular Season Swim Meets
Only swimmers age 4 and older will be permitted to participate in Regular Season Swim Meets. 


End of Season Invitational 

Only swimmers who are able to swim an event unassisted will be able to be entered in the End of Season Invitational. Your child will be entered in those events they are able to complete independently, which means if your child can independently backstroke, but can not do freestyle or breaststroke independently then they would only be entered in the backstroke event for their age group. There will still be spotters in the water to help in case of an emergency. 

How does this affect our team? 

If your child is not yet 4 years old they will be unable to participate in the swim meets.


However, they are welcome to participate in daily practices and are always welcome to cheer on their friends at the meets! Your child would still receive a team shirt for the season. 


If your child is not independent in their events the Invitational is a great goal! We will be working daily starting on May 28 and keeping track of who is independent in which events throughout the season, your child will have a final opportunity to qualify for the Invitational during practice on Wednesday, June 26. 


What if my child turns 4 during the season? Great! Once your child is 4 they are welcome to participate in those meets that follow after their birthday!

We are looking forward to an INCREDIBLE season.  Practices start Tuesday, May 28th.

Are you new to River Glen Swim Team *

River Glen 2024 Swim Team Waiver and Release Form
  • Illnesses, personal injury (including death), and/or economic loss to the Participant and/or Minor Participant(s) arising from participation in River Glen Activities (including, but not limited to instructional classes; private instruction; golfing, and swimming; use of rental equipment; use of golf carts; use of diving boards; individual use of facilities or equipment; locker room area; cafeteria area; retail shop; administrative area; restrooms; and all premises including the equipment/maintenance areas, sidewalks, steps, roadways and parking lots of River Glen).
  • Any and all claims resulting from the damage to, loss of, or theft of property.
  • The release of River Glen from any claims and rights that the Participant and/or any Minor Participant(s) (i) now have against River Glen or (2) may have in the future against River Glen.
  • I, the Adult Participant or Responsible Adult, understand that this agreement between myself and River Glen cannot be modified or changed in any way by representations or statements by any agent or employee of River Glen.
    • Possesses a sufficient level of skill and physical fitness for participation in River Glen Activities.
    • Has no health problems that would increase their risk of injury during participation in River Glen Activities.
    • Acknowledges that River Glen encourages the Participant to get medical clearance prior to participation.
    • Acknowledges that it is the Participant’s duty to cease activity immediately and inform staff if the Participant feels any unusual discomfort or is injured during participation.
    • I agree to obey all the rules and alert the staff to any rules violations or dangerous behavior of co-participants.
    • I agree to attempt only activities that the I feel capable of performing without increased risk of injury.
    • I agree to obey all posted signs and stay out of prohibited areas.
    • I acknowledge that River Glen has authority to end my participation if it presents a danger to myself or others.
    • I authorize River Glen to secure and/or administer emergency first aid, CPR, and use an AED when deemed necessary.
    • I authorize River Glen to secure emergency medical care or transportation when deemed necessary, and I agree to assume all costs of emergency medical care and transportation.
    • I agree to inform River Glen of any injury (even minor injuries) prior to leaving the River Glen facility.
    • • I give permission to River Glen to use any photographs, images, or likenesses taken of myself, and/or the MINOR PARTICIPANT(S) in its marketing brochures, ads, videos, or other media.
    • ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING: I, the Adult Participant, or Minor Participant and/or Responsible Adult have read this Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights that might belong to me and/or the Minor Participant(s) including:

    (1) my right as an Adult Participant to recover damages for any loss I may suffer resulting from my injury or death resulting from participation

    at River Glen;

    (2) my right as a Responsible Adult to recover damages for any loss I may suffer resulting from injury to or death of one or more Minor

    Participants resulting from participation at River Glen; and

    (3) the right of a Minor Participant to recover damages for any loss he/she might suffer from injury or death resulting from participation at River Glen.

    I further acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability for myself and/or the Minor Participant due to 1) negligence by River Glen and the other Protected Parties, or to 2) the inherent risks of River Glen Activities, to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Indiana.

    Further, I, the RESPONSIBLE ADULT, assert that (1) I have explained the risks of the activity to the Minor Participant; (2) each understands this Agreement; and (3) by my signature below, we knowingly accept and assume the inherent risks of River Glen Activities.
