One of the things you need to do BEFORE SUNDAY is to sign your kids up in the Swimmingly Clubhouse!  We've got about 14 more swimmers to get in there - and we will definitely need the in there to run the Mock Meet on Monday AM... 

If you’re new to the team, Swimmingly is the software we use to time the kids as they swim using our iPads and iPhones, and there’s also a parent app called a Swimmingly Fan app where you can track the progress of your kids and get emails and updates of their meets. In the past, we as the team, entered all the kids’ information into the system, but they made changes over the last season where now they are requiring the parents to enter their kids’ information in the system.

Below is a set of instructions on how to enter your kids into the Swimmingly clubhouse and that way they will show up in our lineup for the meets.

1. Sign-up for your Swimmingly Clubhouse

2. Go to the River Glen sign up page

If you have a swimming account – go ahead and enter your credentials. (If you've forgotten your login - you can reset it by clicking on the "Reset Password" on the login page. If you don't have an account – click on the “Sign Up” link in the bottom left. Once you get your account set up – log in and you should see a screen like this.

3. Choose the 2025 Swim Season to sign your children up for!

4. If you’re a returning swimmer – you’ll see your swimmers and then just select your children. If you have any children that are new to the team or that you don't see listed, you can click the 'Add Swimmer' button to add them.

5. Click submit!(You should not see any charge for entering your kids - if for some reason you do, STOP and contact me)

6. That's it! your children are ready for a fun swim season

Parents/Guardians, once you register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using these instructions, they'll automatically populate on the roster and become active for the season! Per the Swimmingly® Child Protection Policy, as a guardian, you will have oversight of your swimmer(s) and can invite other parents/guardians/grandparents that you wish to affiliate with your swimmers in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse!
You must register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using these instructions to participate in the season.

The Swimmingly® Clubhouse will be your home for your swimmer results, meet declarations, time improvements, best times, and MORE!

The steps below are required for ALL (new and returning) swimmers to swim in meets this season. Please take action ASAP so we can get ready for the swim season!
