Good afternoon parents - and Happy First Day of June (Where did the time go!!!)

Anyway, it was a short (and cold) week last week and we’re getting ready for our first dual meets this week..

Tomorrow will be our “Mock Meet” where the kids will get to see how the timing system works and we can get some initial swim times for them to help the coaches out with their seeding for the meets. We will need some additional timers to help out in the morning - so you can go here to sign up - not only for the Mock Meet - but for all our meets - we really rely on Parent Volunteers to make these meets work. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR MEETS

If you are a timer - you may need to use your phone as timer - many of our phones we had have gotten too old and will not work with the system.  Below is a list of compatible phones and software you will need to have it work with our system.  If you know you are a timer for this year - you might want to go ahead and make sure you have updated your phone and downloaded the latest version of the Swimmingly App and also here is a like to tell you a little more about timing if you haven’t ever done it in the past…. It is VERY easy to be a timer.

***Also - if you haven’t done so, PLEASE, PLEASE register you swimmers in the Swimming Clubhouse (if your chid(ren) are not registered, you should have received an “URGENT” message earlier this afternoon to make sure you register them so they can get their Swimmer ID’s and be able to be timed in our scoring system.***
