Good afternoon - Thanks all for helping out with Mock Meet - it went pretty smooth.

We would like to make a slight change on where you declare your swimmers for meets...  We originally had this being done on the RGST Website (and if you've already done it there - then that's great and we'll get your swimmer assigned to their heats) but it make it much easier on Coach Sydney if you would declare your swimmers in the Swimmingly Clubhouse...  You probably have just receive emails that meets are "open" for declaring and it should have instructions with the email - but here are additional instructions on how to declare your swimmer(s).

And also know that if for some reason you don't get your swimmers declared for a meet, you can ALWAYS swim at that meet.  Just show up and let the Coaches know and they will get them assigned to the appropriate events.

And another slight correction for tomorrow - 6 and Under swimmers do NOT participate in Warm Ups at meets, so you don't need to be there right at 3:30 - just give yourself enough time to get prepared and ready for the meet to start promptly at 5:00pm
