Here is the final information for the invitational...  As a reminder, swimmers will need to arrive by 8 a.m. at Hamilton Southeastern High School. The Invitational will be held at Hamilton Southeastern High School located at 126th & Olio Rd - you can enter off 126th St. The Natatorium is located on the North side of the school and there is a large parking lot to park in.  When you get there, Check in with the Coaches - River Glen will be assigned an area on the Pool Deck (see layout) where the kids will stay all during the meet. Parents will NOT be allow on Deck unless you are volunteering

• Doors open at 8:00am – enter through Door 10 which is the HSE Athletic Entrance near the football stadium.
• 8:15am – Coaches meeting in Laneline Café
• 8:30am – Timers meeting in Laneline Café
• 8:30am – Spotters meeting underneath scoreboard.
• 8:30am – Begin getting 6&Unders lined up in Clerk of Course (this will be located in front of the stands on the west side of the deck)
• 8:45am – 6&Under events will begin AND 7-14 Warm-Ups will begin.
• Each team will have 1 lane from 8:45-9:30am to warm-up however they would like.
  • Lane 1 – Avalon
  • Lane 2 – Gray Eagle
  • Lane 3 – Hawthorns
  • Lane 4 – Plum Creek
  • Lane 5 – River Glen
  • Lane 6 – Summer Break
  • Lane 7 – Windermere
  • Lane 8 – Open for starts throughout entire warm-up time.
• 9:30am – Meet start for the 7-14 age groups
• Projected end time is 2:30pm.
• Clean up will take place when Awards Ceremony for Top 3 High Point in each age group and Team awards are completed.

6&Unders will NOT warm up tomorrow, they will need arrive and be ready to rock and roll at 8:45am! 

Also - the concessions will take cash and Venmo tomorrow.
